The Run to the Sea Bournemouth 50k Ultra Marathon takes in a fabulous multi terrain point-to-point course that stretches from Moors Valley Country Park  (Ashley Heath, Dorset) to Hengistbury Head (Bournemouth).  This flat & scenic 50km course includes a variety of terrain, including wonderful forest trails and seafront paths. This could be the perfect intro to ultra running or a challenge to post a fast 50km time!
